He brings deep expertise in global logistics, having led international launches across 60+ markets, along with a strong background in business development, product development, and marketing strategy. His focus is on building scalable systems and distribution channels that drive sustained growth while supporting partners across the HEAL ecosystem.

Jim Tracy serves as Chief Operations Officer at HEAL Wellness & Innovations™, overseeing operations, systems, and execution across the platform to support scalable, partner-driven growth.

With over 15 years of experience in product development, sourcing, operations, and logistics, Jim has supported multimillion-dollar global brands while leading company launches across Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia. His strength lies in building efficient, integrated systems that simplify complexity, enabling our partners to operate smoothly and scale with confidence.

Lon Keith serves as CSO at HEAL Wellness & Innovations™, where he leads revenue strategy and partner growth with a strong emphasis on building meaningful partnerships with practitioners and the broader wellness community.

With over 15 years of experience in sales and account management, Lon has been a co-founder and early growth leader in three startups, helping scale one to a $2.5B acquisition and, most recently, driving 25x growth over six years. His people-first approach centers on trust, alignment, and long-term collaboration, ensuring partners are supported, connected, and positioned to grow within the HEAL Partner Group.
