These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hwicare.com and any related pages, portals, and services operated by HEAL Wellness Innovations™ ("HWI," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you or anyone else if we do so.

Some areas of the Site are available only to approved partners and staff. If you are given an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been misused or that violates these Terms.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others
• Access or attempt to access areas of the Site, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to use
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with HWI or any partner
• Use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software — are owned by HWI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. HEAL Wellness Innovations™, HWI, and related names and logos are trademarks of HWI and may not be used without permission.

The Site includes pages and information about independent practitioners and partners. That content is provided by or on behalf of those partners, who are independent businesses and not employees or agents of HWI. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the services any partner provides.

The Site may also link to websites and services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition.

Use of the Site does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and HWI. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HWI and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HWI and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HWI regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
